Bonfire Grill and Pub in Broken Bow

Everytime we drive 60 miles to eat at the Bonfire we are happily rewarded. The Steaks are grilled wonderful, and so tender. Hashbrowns are super. The waitstaff are all very friendly and look sharp. I wish they were in Kearney where we live. Russell H.

Ate in the Pub. Great food. Friendly staff. Our group of 4 had a steak, chicken fried steak, pasta & nachos. Everything was great. Cooked to order and tender steak. Other couple gave the Cheesecake an A+. Waitress was super nice. Our half of the bill with 2 entrees & drinks, under $50. Great value for the quality and quantity of the food.

Buddy is a fantastic bartender and took great care of us! He's a great conversationalist. It's a beautiful space, too! I'm going to make it a point to return.

Great food. Great staff. I was here at 4pm for an early dinner. Drove past at lunch and dinner time yesterday and the place was packed.

Waitress was friendly. Had the chicken fried steak. Should have called it chicken fried breading. Brown gravy was salty and had a crust on it. Needless to say we will not be back. The salad was good and the ice tea refreshing..I guess when the waitress suggested the the patty melt or the french dip. Anything else you are taking your chances.

Had extensive conversation with hotel director and restaurant operations. She was delightful and this hotel and restaurant sounds wonderful nestled in broken bow Nebraska. Part of the hotel is historical and the other side was made in 2017. The Bonfire grill has a casual or higher end dining available with a patio. They are well known for their steaks and other American cuisine. I was told the people are super friendly and it's a slower pace very Western town. I can't wait to visit. I also heard they have wonderful cocktails served in their bar.

Service was SUPERB! Shoutout to Melody, who made it great! Beer was cold. We ordered the 3 piece fish and it was definitely worth the money. Hometown atmosphere and in the center of town, this place was great!
